If you’re hosting a no-gift-wrap display shower for a bride-to-be, this subtle card could be the choice for you. Using an elegant, modern script font, I first added a graphic typography header that reads “display shower” on the front, and “to” and “from” for the gift tag side. The template field was set up to offer instructions for guests not wrapping their present; please feel free to change the wording in any way you wish. I used a pretty serif for this copy. There are many popular alternatives to this text, if you’d like a change. The background was covered in an image depicting rustic brown wood. Overlaying the dark imagery are two graphics that simulate strands of twinkling white lights. To make the lights and white text pop with greater contrast, I also used a “fuzzy” muted brown graphic that darkened the wood a bit, while allowing the rich hues of the wood grain to show through. // // Designed by Melody Watson for Paper Muserie.
