This simple, chic modern photo wedding save the evening flat card template features SAVE THE EVENING and your names, date and wedding locale beneath your photo. We’ve chosen standard sharp corners as the default shape, but this design also works wonderfully with rounded corners, so try both looks in editing mode and see which grabs you! You might choose to change the font, punctuation or color used for various text elements of this design on the front and/or back. For example, you might choose to give a different color to the SAVE THE EVENING or other text, change that text to read as SAVE THE DATE or something else, or to delete something or change a text field entirely with a different message. The default color of the text below the photo is a slightly softened black. On the back we chose an atypical order for the information, putting the “please save the evening’ text after the ‘for the wedding of’ text, which lends a path less traveled charm to it. You can alter this by changing the text in each of these text fields and entering by hand the part you want to place in the order you want to show it. The default text color on back is a dark gray that’s mostly black, but you can change this, the font and also the use of upper and lower case to suit your taste. On the back, we’ve chosen a background color called White Smoke, it’s a very light gray that’s mostly white. You can easily change this by either picking one of the basic colors in the editing tools, entering another color number in place of ours if you have a specific hue in mind that you found in your research, or by looking at the color spectrum tool and choosing something by sight. Or you might choose to make the background transparent to let the color of the paper simply serve as the base tone. The default paper type is matte, we love it for the feeling of warmth it adds. But semi-gloss is also an option, and zazzle’s signature and premium papers are a great way to enhance the look!
